Cancelling an order
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Email us at info@abbyskincare.in or call +91 86998 40017 or +91 89689 40017. Please provide your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
Once an order has been packed or handed to DHL, it cannot be cancelled. After dispatch, you may request a return only where it qualifies under our Refund and Return Policy.
Cancellation refunds
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. Abby Skin Care will normally initiate the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit it.
No cancellation charge will apply unless it was disclosed before purchase and is permitted by applicable law.
Cancellation by Abby Skin Care
We may cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability or an incorrect price or product listing
- Payment failure or incomplete delivery information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- Events outside our reasonable control
If we cancel a prepaid order, the customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
