Shipping and Delivery Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during busy promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Orders are shipped through DHL or another approved delivery partner when necessary. Tracking information will be sent by email, SMS, or another available communication method after dispatch.

Delivery time depends on the destination and courier availability. The following estimates apply after dispatch:

• Chandigarh and nearby locations: 1–3 business days
• Major Indian cities: 3–6 business days
• Other locations within India: 5–10 business days
• Remote or difficult-to-service locations: 7–14 business days
• International destinations, when available: 7–21 business days, excluding customs delays

These periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer may be subject to a minimum order value or promotional conditions.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or destination-country charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Contact us immediately to request a correction; an address cannot be changed after dispatch.

If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before it is sent again.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but it has not been received, contact us within 48 hours. Delivery may be affected by customs, weather, public holidays, transport disruption, government restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will reasonably assist with tracking delayed parcels.
